Players who have been playing for more than 6 weeks will see a blocking message when they join a free game. **Is there a limit on the number of players in a game?** No. There is no limit on the number of players who can join a game on any plan. **Why isn't my game loading?** Some users have problems with games not loading properly. This is usually caused by a security firewall on their organization's network or on their computer. It can also be caused by a browser extension. If you don't think that's the cause and you're still having issues, remember that you can always contact us. We're always happy to help. **Can I turn off auto-renew for my premium account?** Yes, just cancel your subscription. Once you cancel, you won't receive any more invoices, and your premium plan will remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for. **Where can I find my invoices?** All invoices are automatically sent to the billing email address specified in "My account". You can also download them from "My account" > "View all invoices". **Can I delegate the right to create premium games to another user?** Yes. If you have a premium account, open "Manage facilitators" from the user menu, remove yourself as a facilitator, and then invite another user as a facilitator. **Can I cancel the trial period without being charged?** Yes. If you cancel the subscription during the trial period, you will not be charged. Also, your premium account will remain active until the end of the trial period. **Why does the game still ask me to start a free trial when we already have Premium?** This usually happens because the game was not created by the premium account. You can set yourself as the facilitator of the game (if you own the premium account) to make it premium and unlimited. **Do you integrate with Azure DevOps or any other issue management tool?** The web app integrates with Linear, and Jira is supported through our Jira plugin. There is no direct Azure DevOps integration. Please contact us if you would like us to integrate other tools. You can also import issues from a CSV file or a list of issue URLs. This lets you import issues from any issue management tool that can export to CSV. **Can I use a different billing email address from my account email?** Yes. Your data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase), which encrypts it at rest. - Access control: sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication, and database security rules restrict who can read and write each record. Only the staff who need it can access production data, and all our internal tools use two-factor authentication. Anyone who has a game's URL can read that game, so only share it with your team. - Backups: your data is backed up regularly with Google Cloud's managed backups. - Data retention: we keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account (My account → Delete account), we immediately delete your profile, the games you own, your retrospective and icebreaker data, and cancel any subscription.
